We then initiate our recruitment process and proceed to carefully screen the candidates for their technical and soft skills. Before an offer is made, we go meticulously through the background of the candidate and contact the ‘referrals’ provided by them. We only proceed to present you the shortlist of candidates for consideration, after we are genuinely satisfied with the performance and credentials provided by the candidate.
We do not make offers to applicants until the client has accepted them. We make submittals to our clients after the recruiting process is completed. We close applicants on pay rates or salary prior to submitting to the client.
